stijlnet.com is a trading style
of Digital Freedom Ltd, a small UK registered web
development consultancy. The company was incorporated
in August 2003 to assume invoicing responsibility
for the web based projects of Mike Goodyear.
Mike has been registering domain names, building sites
and following internet development since 1999. Having
previously worked in the mobile telephony industry,
supporting early WAP users and subsequently in PC
hardware supply for the SME he decided to move towards
purely internet based work at the end of 2001. Mike
reckons to have near 10,000 hours of unfettered web-surfing,
thousands of search queries and involvement in creating
dozens of websites under his belt. He currently monitors
information generated from a number of domain names
registered solely for research purposes.
The domain name stijlnet.com
was a very early incarnation of a hosting centre site;
it was allowed to lapse only to be reregistered a
few years later to fulfil the same role. It has now
become the main promotional style of the company and
can be used as a single address to access any of our
services or sites. Although our office is close to
Manchester, with its thriving business and social
climate, our work is global. Mike and our other affiliated
consultants work from home, abroad or on the move.
Although you might not always catch us by phone our
network never keeps office hours, opening hours or
closes.
