Our free services include sponsored community pages and hosting, our cheapest paid network option is a managed domain name and our paid consultancy services begin with merchant budgets of £250 per month.

How do we proceed with your request for further information?

According to your stated budget, location and industry we will either send you a link to a specific information page or free facility, offer you a selection of our pre-priced network services or conduct some preliminary research and prepare a bespoke quote. Please be aware that we do not work with or offer any email marketing, finance, gambling, pharmacy or adult related services and you should not expect a response to such requests.

You may then have some further questions or if you are ready to proceed with any of the range of options that we have offered to you, you will be able to purchase services or schedule a training module, office or telephone consultancy session.

Unfortunately, due to insufficient or incorrect information, 'false positives' and human error, some genuine email always gets missed. In other instances our reply to you may be missed at your end or never delivered to your inbox. If you fail to get a response from an initial enquiry, where you are not in an excluded industry and you have sent us the information outlined above, you may always contact us again or catch us at any event we attend or sponsor. Making payment for services

According to the nature of the services that their company is to receive, we will offer a customer or consultancy client the option to pay invoices by one or more of the follwing methods...

BACS, Third Party Trusted Network, Sterling / Euro cash, UK sterling cheque or PayPal for Credit Card processing of smallers amounts. Not all options will be available without surcharge on every invoice, due to various processing costs and administrative considerations.

Full cleared payment for any names, marketing or other services must be received in advance. Consultancy clients are offered a one-off project fee or a scalable monthly plan plus cost-effective bespoke payment options for the range of services that they may wish to access.

Sorry, but we don't have any telephone or in-the-field sales team so it is impossible for us to make arrangments to chat or visit you in person without an existing business or network relationship. Existing customers should contact their client manager or quote the Account Record ID, as shown on any recent invoice. We do get out to a number of industry networking events and local socials each year, should you wish to introduce yourself and have a chat.
